This is uniquely flavoured and reasonably priced; it is typical of a cactus flower or semi desert region honey. This is a great all round honey suitable for cooking, spreading or using as a sweetener. All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state.
